SHIPPER / RECEIVER III

JOD RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Stakeholder Management (External and Internal)
2. Material Management
3. Material Handling ( Direct , Indirect , Raw Materials, Consumables )
4. Overall Warehouse Management
5. Receiving ( GR )> Putaway> Inventory> Picking> Issuance> FG
6. Deliveries Management (Local / Import / Export)
7. PIT Champion - making sure all PIT is in 100% safe condition
8. Heavily making sure that all records are kept, scanned and properly filed for audit purposes and traceability
9. Heavily involvement on SAP Transactions making sure Inventory Accuracy in actual and system (SAP ERP Trnsactions )
10. Communication and Coordination with all internal and external customers
11. Meeting all the compliances related to regulatory and corporate requirements
12. Follows rules and regulations EHS, GST etc.
13. Environmental health and safety associated with his responsibilities.
14. PEZA and Customs Management related to Warehousing
15. Continuous Improvement on Warehouse Process for full utilization and efficiency
16. Cost Savings Drive

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 3-5 years of relevant warehouse experience
• Safety- oriented
• NCII (Forklift and Reach Truck)
• Good Warehouse Practices Knowledge
• Knows hoe to use ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) - Software
• Basic Microsoft Excel Skills

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Shipping & Receiving Teams perform a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties. They use computer systems for tracking, logging, verifying and reporting incoming and outgoing shipments. They follow shipping practices and procedures, transportation routing, schedules and requirements. The Shipping & Receiving Teams receive incoming materials and prepare materials for shipment. They process freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents. They also route merchandise to destinations.
