About the role
In this role you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to TikTok regional communication team, Shop Tokopedia strategic partners, and Government Institutions to maintain healthy relationships with them.

Roles & Responsibility:
- Plan and design quarterly and annual projects related to local business empowerment
- Assist team lead in creating, monitoring, and evaluating quarterly and annual budgets for the local business empowerment team
- Conduct research and propose empowerment programs in various local industries
- Prepare biweekly performance reports for higher management
- Provide supports during programs and events of the LBEs team
- Maintain healthy relationships with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to TikTok regional communication team, Shop Tokopedia strategic partners, Government Institutions

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-4 years of work experience as planning analyst / business analyst / related fields
- Logical and analytical thinking skills with a flair of creativity
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage with people of all backgrounds
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian
- Flexibility and ability to travel frequently

Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion towards working with and understanding on Indonesian small business owners and grassroot industries
