Siding Installer (Fiber Cement)

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cement Fiber Siding professional to join our team of professional Subcontractors . The ideal candidate will have experience in various Cement Siding installation techniques and a strong understanding of construction practices. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently or have your own team, own your own tools and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Duties • Install, repair, and maintain siding on residential and commercial buildings. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for siding installation. • Perform installation of James Hardie as needed for project requirements. • Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate installation and adherence to design specifications. • Engage in frame carpentry tasks related to siding projects. • Conduct construction estimating to determine material needs and project timelines. • Restore existing siding structures by repairing or replacing damaged sections. • Execute metal or wood stud framing as part of the overall siding installation process. • Lift heavy materials safely and efficiently during installations. Requirements • Proven experience in cement siding installation or related construction fields. • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in siding applications. • Familiarity with concrete forming, frame carpentry, and metal stud framing is preferred. • Ability to read schematics and follow detailed instructions accurately. • Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a maintenance person mentality for addressing unforeseen challenges on-site. • Commitment to safety practices and maintaining a clean work environment.
