Sign MakerGraphics Designer Job Posting
Terrific opportunity to be the lead Sign Maker in a new, fast growing, fast paced, sign business. You'll be working with new computers, the latest software and sign making equipment. Candidates must have 3+ years sign industry experience, with strong computer skills, a background in vinyl application, and large format digital printing. Experience designing and applying vehicle graphics is a plus.
This position earns$25 to $32+ per hourdepending on experience. QUALIFICATIONS Needed for the Sign Maker and Designer
Professional must be self-motivated, confident, diplomatic, dependable, and willing to work in a team environment. The right candidate will also have a strong sense of integrity and a solid work ethic. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills with an understanding that we strive to provide the best quality products and service...always!
Some job requirements and duties:
• 3+ years of experience designing and making various types of commercial signage
• Background in vinyl creationapplication and large format digital printing
• Strong computer skills and excellent design creativity
• Expert sign design experience using Adobe IllustratorPhotoshop.
• Experience with sign industry Cyrious software is also desired
• Solid track record of meeting deadlines
• Detail-orientation and multi-tasking skills are critical
• Strong people and communication skills
• Able to work both independently and in a fast-paced team environment
• Both mathematical and mechanical aptitude
• Experience with channel and dimensional letters, cabinet signs, monument signs, etc. a plus.
NOTE: In order to be considered, you must have sign industry-specific experience in both PRODUCTION and DESIGN.
