Sign Painter

Fusion Sign and Design located in Las Vegas, Nevada, is currently seeking a full time, experienced paint and prep person to join our team. Fusion Sign & Design is a full service, custom sign company with 10 locations spread out over six states. We are looking for a talented individual with sign painting experience to join our dynamic team as we achieve our next level of excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience painting all types of materials, including, yet not limited to steel, wood, plexiglass & aluminum. Experience with Matthews Painting System (or similar) is required, as well as working with textured finishes. The gifted person to fill this position must be able to read shop drawings and working comps, have a strong work ethic and hold a “Can-Do” attitude, even under stress. THIS POSITIONREQUIRESexperience with Matthews Paint System (or similar), as well as experience sanding and prepping materials for paint. This position also requires someone who will assist in other departments as needed. Fusion offers the opportunity to grow within the company. QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience painting with Matthews Paint System (or like) isREQUIRED • Experience with sanding, applying bondo, paint prep of materials, and someone who can fill in when other departments need assistance. • Display pride in work and a determination to finish the job. • Demonstrate the ability to represent Fusion Sign and Design in a professional manner and with integrity. • Attention to detail is a must • Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment with deadlines. • Scheduling flexibility/ Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed. • Experience painting in the sign industry is preferred. • Ingenuity and problem-solving skills / creativity • Exhibit a “Can Do” attitude to always meet deadlines & due dates • Experience in vinyl application as well. • Wages D.O.E.
