Site Development Estimator and Project Manager

Proximity of work includes Duval and its surrounding Counties (Clay, Nassau, St Johns). Projects include Private and Public entity work, ranging from 100(k) to 20M. General Description: Seeking an experienced Senior Estimator/Project Manager within the Civil Construction field to join our team. Position consists of overseeing multiple projects from the estimate preparation stages to final closeout of the project. Specific Duties: ·Prepare, review, and solicit estimates for bidding ·Preparation and execution of contracts and subcontracts ·Prepares and maintains all job relevant documentation (i.e. permits, submittals, correspondence) ·Produce and update budgets, schedule of values, and cost reports ·Monthly billing ·Invoice approval and coding ·Establish project goals ·Develop project schedules ·Weekly tracking and monitoring including pre/post project analysis ·Participate in weekly office and field meetings ·Communicate with owners, engineers, office, and field staff ·Maintain professional relationships with clients ·Participate in the estimating process ·Final closeout of projects Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: -Previous work experience in position -Must have knowledge of construction techniques and industry practices -Must have MS Office experience and proficiency, including but not limited to Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project -Excellent communication skills -Highly organized and attentive to details -Work as part of a Team We offer Competitive Pay and Great Benefits: -Safety Equipment -6 paid holidays -Paid Vacation -Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance -Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability and Life Insurance -Paid group life benefit -401k with company match -Employee stock ownership plan DFWP EOE Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • Have you ever done underground utilities and/or earthwork estimating? • Have you ever done underground utilities and/or earthwork project management?
