Site Development Project Manager – Civil Engineering (PE Required) Direct Hire Opportunity Location: Austin, TX Seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to manage site development projects for commercial, industrial, and multi-family developments. Projects typically include paving, grading, drainage, water, and sewer systems. This position involves direct client interaction, team oversight, and technical leadership.
