For this project, we are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for all the activities related to the Office migration on the technical side worldwide.

• Establish and maintain project plan (MS Project) and initiate project mobilization by confirming project scope, estimate, resources, roles, and responsibilities
• Management of all details related to connectivity, comms rooms / DCs or devices , including the meetings with the sites and the teams who will design the technical details of the establishing of the new offices
• PMO role coordinating, keeping track of all of the tasks, following up and communicating across all sites involved in the transition
• Establish project governance, managing risks and issues
• Direct outputs of the project team, ensuring overall success of project and effective use of resources
• Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services
• Ensure appropriate use of project management methods and tools
• Provide project reporting including overall performance of the project and project completion documentation

Requirements

• Previous experience movement or construction projects in the area of IT and understand the related requirements in such areas
• Infrastructure topics and sites transition experience
• A service-oriented mindset and always striving to deliver on tasks and projects
• Ability to work independently as well as willing to follow directions and best practices
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken) communication skills
• Friendly, supportive and flexible personality with quick learning ability
• Good team player with planning and organizing skills & multi-task
• Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than 3 months
