The Position: We're looking for a Site Platform Manager

• The Site Platform Manager is responsible to lead and develop skilled people overseeing numerous sites inside of Automation Systems Organization within the U.S. Works in full cooperation with Projects Team and others Functions (Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing and Purchasing) to ensure customer expectations are met.

• Project Risk Management
• Problem solving and decision making methodology

• Experience and knowledge in Automation Systems;
• Project planning and monitoring
• Customer manufacturing processes;
• Basic mechanical, controls, fluidic knowledge;
• Project Management knowledge (Scope, Time, Cost, Risk, Human Resources, Stakeholders management, Communication etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Coach, mentor and retain best talent;
• Workload forecasting and budget of the various sites;
• Share best practices and cultivate collaboration amongst Team Members;
• Provide leadership to the team and act as first point of escalation;
• Provide guidance to site managers surrounding the design stage, through to completion and the handover to the Customer;
• Ensure projects are aligned to company priorities and are completed on time, in scope, and within budget;
• Generate and manage reports on activities status of all sites under scope, including estimated physical progress of work and estimated cost to complete;
• Ensure necessary and appropriate steps are taken to resolve difficulties which may impede progress or compromise achievement scheduled milestones;
• Propose and share with Projects Team the Site Resource Organization;
• KPI (Timing, Costs, Quality);

The Location: This position will be located in Southfield, Michigan, or working remotely, and will be expected to travel frequently to customer sites.
