Install configure and upgrade WAS (ND/Base) IBM HTTP Server (IHS) and plugin modules.

Manage application deployments JVM configurations clusters and nodes.

Maintain cell topology federations clusters and high availability setups.

Create scripts using Jython/wsadmin Shell or Ansible for deployments restarts and configurations.

Automate repetitive operational tasks such as health checks log rotation or config backups.

5+ years of hands-on experience administering IBM WebSphere Application Server (Base/ND) across large-scale multi-node environments.

Strong experience in installation configuration federation clusters and deployment management .

Deep knowledge of JVM tuning GC policies thread/connection pool configurations and performance tuning .

Exposure to IHS plugin configurations and reverse proxy setup.

Skilled in troubleshooting (heap dumps thread dumps FFDC analysis hung threads CPU/memory leaks).

Experience with SSL/TLS keystore management certificates renewal and LDAP/AD integration.

Good understanding of Unix/Linux networking basics and security compliance.
