Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is op zoek naar een toegewijde Site Specialist om ons dynamisch team in Zwijnaarde te versterken. Dit is een boeiende kans om een belangrijke bijdrage te leveren aan onze klantenservice en zo een vlekkeloze ervaring voor onze klanten te garanderen.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
Als Site Specialist zal je:
Inventaris coördineren: Alle aspecten van voorraadbeheer coördineren, waaronder bestellingen plaatsen, goederen op verschillende gebruikspunten in rekken plaatsen en ervoor zorgen dat de voorraad aan de vraag voldoet.
Goederen ontvangen: De ontvangst van goederen afhandelen, kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en zorgen voor nauwkeurige documentatie.
Logistiek en supply chain: Coördineren van logistieke en supply chain activiteiten, zorgen voor tijdige en efficiënte levering van materialen.
Voorspellen: Prognosetechnieken toepassen om toekomstige voorraadbehoeften te bepalen en orders dienovereenkomstig aanpassen.
ERP-systeemgebruik: Succesvol implementeren en onderhouden van gegevens binnen ons ERP-systeem, ULS-IM, voor het bijhouden en beheren van inventaris en voorraden.
Kwalificaties
We zijn op zoek naar kandidaten met:
Werkervaring: Aantoonbare autonome ervaring in voorraadbeheer, logistiek en supply chain operations.
Aandacht voor detail: Strikte aandacht voor detail om nauwkeurigheid in voorraad- en logistiekbeheer te garanderen.
Technische vaardigheden: Bekendheid met ERP-systemen en het vermogen om snel nieuwe technologieën te leren.
Probleemoplossend vermogen: Ambitieuze en proactieve instelling om uitdagingen te identificeren en effectieve oplossingen te implementeren.
Samenwerken: Het vermogen om samen te werken binnen een team om klantenservice van wereldklasse te realiseren. Klantgericht en flexibel in omgang.
Talen: Professioneel niveau voor NL en EN.

Key Responsibilities.
As a Site Specialist, you will:
Coordinate Inventory: Coordinate all aspects of inventory management, including placing orders, placing goods on shelves at the various points of use and ensuring that the inventory meets the demand.
Receiving Goods: Handle the receipt of goods, perform quality checks and ensure accurate documentation.
Logistics and supply chain: Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities, ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials.
Prediction: Apply forecasting techniques to determine future inventory needs and adjust orders accordingly.
ERP System Utilization: Successfully implement and maintain data within our ERP system, ULS-IM, to track and manage inventory and supplies.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
Work Experience: Demonstrated autonomous experience in inventory management, logistics and supply chain operations.
Attention to Detail: Strict attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and logistics management.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Problem solving skills: Ambitious and proactive attitude to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.

Languages: Professional level, NL and EN.
