Skilled Carpenter

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Skilled Carpenter. This role is essential for ensuring the successful execution of various construction and restoration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction, with hands-on experience in multiple trades. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and project timelines. Responsibilities • Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings • Conduct cabinetry, siding, and fixture installation with attention to detail • Carry out water damage restoration, mold remediation, and other restoration services • Handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks on construction sites • Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met efficiently • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following safety protocols Experience Candidates should possess the following skills: • Proven experience in framing, carpentry, including cabinet installation, door hanging, and flooring installation • Familiarity with maintenance person tasks such as caulking, basic electrical work, basic plumbing, masonry, remodeling, tile laying, and construction painting • Expertise in framing is a plus • Prior experience in the restoration industry is highly desirable • Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team on construction sites We encourage candidates who are passionate about construction and possess a diverse skill set to apply for this exciting opportunity.
