Job Overview
We are a commercial construction company specializing in tenant improvements for dental and medical offices. We are seeking a skilled and reliableCarpenter/Handymanto join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both rough and finish carpentry, door and frame installation, plumbing, and general construction tasks.
This role requires flexibility to travel between multiple jobsites as directed by the superintendent. Responsibilities include performing punch list and warranty work, assisting with site clean-up, laying down floor protection before project starts, and completing miscellaneous tasks needed to keep projects running smoothly.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform rough and finish carpentry work, including door and frame installation, pocket doors, and trim.
• Complete light plumbing tasks such as installing sinks, toilets, and faucets.
• Assist with jobsite preparation, including laying down floor protection and general site clean-up.
• Pick up and deliver materials from vendors (plumbing, doors, sinks, ceiling materials, etc.).
• Perform punch list and warranty work following project completion or client walk-throughs.
• Assist with small demolition tasks or trenching as needed.
• Work collaboratively with superintendents, project managers, and other trades to ensure project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety and professionalism at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about project status and needs.
• Arrive on time to jobsites and complete assigned work efficiently and independently when required.
Experience & Qualifications
Candidates should have experience in the following areas:
• 3+ years of carpentry or general construction experience preferred.
• Strong skills in rough and finish carpentry, door and frame installation, and light plumbing.
• Ability to perform various on-site tasks, from clean-up to skilled trade work.
• Must be able to travel between job sites as needed.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required and own set of tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Willingness to assist in all areas of the job — no task too big or small.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
