Skilled Carpenter - New Home Builder

We are a new construction home builder in Seattle seeking a full-time Skilled Construction Laborer/Carpenter to join our team of professionals and skilled tradesmen. We are looking for someone with experience as a carpenter assisting in the completion of all phases of new residential construction. Candidate must have knowledge of the construction industry standards and ability to perform carpentry techniques with minimal supervision. The successful candidate is experienced within multiple phases of new construction. Our company is committed to providing the highest quality homes by exceeding homeowner expectations and industry standards. This role will be interfacing with customers at times so a neat and clean appearance is important. Also, candidate must be proficient in emailing and scheduling appointments. All sites are located within Seattle city limits (mostly North of downtown). You must be able to pass the drug test and background check to be eligible for employment. References will be checked thoroughly. If you do not meet the criteria, please do not apply. This is not a supervisory role. COMPENSATION IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
