Skilled Construction Laborer

Overview We are seeking a skilled Construction laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction tasks and be comfortable working on-site. This role requires a combination of physical strength, technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Responsibilities • Use of power tools • Must have their own tools and reliable transportation • Perform a variety of construction tasks including but not limited to Framing, Plumbing Stucco application, tile laying, and plastering. • Assist in the installation of doors and drywall, ensuring proper alignment and secure fitting. • Execute frame carpentry tasks, including building frameworks for structures. • Carry out construction painting duties, ensuring high-quality finishes. • Collaborate with team members on various projects while maintaining safety protocols on the construction site. • Support electrical work as needed, following all safety guidelines and regulations. • Engage in trim carpentry tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed projects. • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety. Skills • Proficient in stucco application and repair techniques. • Experience with tile laying and finishing work. • Knowledgeable in plastering methods for walls and ceilings. • Skilled in door hanging with attention to detail for proper functionality. • Competent in drywall installation and finishing processes. • Strong understanding of frame carpentry principles and practices. • Ability to perform construction painting with an eye for detail. • Familiarity with basic electrical tasks is a plus. • Expertise in trim carpentry to provide quality finishes on projects. • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on-site.
