Skilled Laborer / Carpenter

Job Responsibilities As a Skilled Laborer, you will play an essential role in keeping projects running smoothly by supporting our crews with cleanup and site prep tasks. Responsibilities include: • Scraping out and cleaning up drywall and paint job sites • Collecting and moving debris, scrap material, and trash to dumpsters • Sweeping, vacuuming, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment • Assisting foremen and tradesmen with basic tasks as needed Qualifications • Previous construction or labor experience preferred, but not required • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions • Willingness to learn and take direction from foremen/supervisors • Must have reliable transportation to job sites across the Las Vegas Valley What We Offer • Competitive hourly pay based on experience ($15–$17/hr) • Opportunities for advancement into drywall, finishing, or painting trades • Steady year-round work with a growing company Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
