Job Description: We’re currently seeking a reliable and motivated laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have basic carpentry skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. You'll assist with various tasks on-site including material handling, job site prep, cleanup, and supporting our carpenters with day-to-day tasks. Responsibilities: • Assist with carpentry work including measuring, cutting, and assembling • Load and unload materials and tools • Keep the job site clean and organized • Follow safety guidelines and company procedures • Show up on time and ready to work Requirements: • Some experience in carpentry or general construction • Strong work ethic and dependability • Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods • Basic hand tool knowledge • Reliable transportation to job sites • Positive attitude and willingness to take direction Job Type: Full-time Base Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule • On-the-job training • Tools provided Ability to Commute: • Chicago, IL 60631 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Chicago, IL 60631: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
