Skilled Plumber

Job Summary Mountain Peak Air is adding a Plumbing division through a business partnership and are in need of great, skilled plumbers to join the team. The position is commission based, offing strong earning potential and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings. Duties • Perform residential and light commercial plubming service calls • Diagnose and repair plumbing systems (leaks, clogs, water heaters, etc.) • Provide clear explanations and recommendations to customers • Maintain high safety and quality standards in all work performed • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various plumbing tasks. • Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems. Qualifications • Proven experience in residential and light commercial plumbing with a strong mechanical knowledge base. • Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to plumbing work. • Experience with HVAC systems is beneficial. • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods. • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $80,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Company truck • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Education: • High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: • Plumbing: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
