Job Description

- Senior Expert specialized in several digital areas of knowledge, integrates new technologies on the production / manufacturing processes in a site (track performance and traceability of the orders/items, quality interlocks integration) following cybersecurity, safety, and quality guidelines.

Main Activities

-Identifies, designs, and leads implementation IT systems and process improvements in alignment with the SPS principles to track performance site.

- Integrate new technologies into the way of efficiently work a digital environment around planning, innovation, operation, measuring results, interacting with internal customers.

- Ensure successful execution of digital strategies to exceed KPIs of the Manufacturing Execution System.

- Anticipate, identify, and mitigate cybersecurity risks and apply security practices as per corporate rules, policies, and procedures and in line with customer and market requirements.

- Analyzes and defines Monthly to Daily manufacturing plan-based resources allocation (PV and NPV Support Function), customer workload and due dates.

- Leads the digital transformation on several areas for the plant.

- Align maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facility with safety, manufacturing, and customer demand.

Qualifications

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree: Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics

- (+2) years of experience similar roles

- Office 365 (expert level)

- English: Proficient (Reading, Writing, and speaking)

- Phyton, Java, C, C++, html, SQL

- PLC Programming (Schneider)

- Tableau (Basic level)
