• Owner of PVD film stack development for RRAM, TMR sensor and integrated inductors
• Optimize PVD film stacks (RRAM, TMR sensor and integrated inductor) to meet device specs
• Optimize PVD film stacks (RRAM, TMR sensor and integrated inductor) to meet manufacturing requirements
• Optimize PVD film stacks (RRAM, TMR sensor and integrated inductor) for cost
• Benchmarking of PVD film stacks (RRAM, TMR sensor and integrated inductor) across industry and tool vendors
• Collaborate with fab PVD engineers for development and manufacturing
• Collaborate with TD team on RRAM, TMR sensor and integrated inductor projects development

Other Responsibilities: 

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

• Education Msc in Materials Science or Electrical Engineering
• Years of Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant field
• Please indicate % of travel Up-to 3 months (one time) for fab transfer
• Fluency in English Language – written & verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

• PhD in Materials Science or Electrical Engineering
