Job Description
The Social and Distribution Manager is responsible for identifying opportunities and managing programs to drive commerce revenue from social and syndication platforms including MSN, Yahoo, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and others. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to increase commerce content distribution, engagement, and revenue. Analysis of financial performance and marketing strategy development are key functions of this role.
Responsibilities

• Develop and grow distribution of commerce content through our organic social platforms.
• Own end-to-end content creation process from ideation to launch and work closely with Brand Social, Editorial, and Video Production teams to develop high-performing social content.
• Track social performance and communicate key insights and recommendations to improve content strategy.
• Launch and grow independent commerce brand social channels for exclusive distribution of commerce content.
• Create and distribute reporting that rolls-up distribution and revenue for all commerce platforms. Communicate and track trends, content, and launches to ensure various platforms are maximized effectively. Collaborate with syndication partners to identify and test opportunities that drive commerce revenue.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience with organic social content
• Strong understanding of all key social media platforms and content, with an emphasis on short-form video
• Understanding of data visualization and analytics tools such as Looker and Google Analytics
