Social & Content Producer (Gary Pools Studio)

We are starting a tiny production company highlighting our work at Gary Pools. We are looking to hire someone who can focus their time on sharing our story. We love photography, videography, AI and a well written blog. Experience is ideal, but attitude and progress are more important. The ideal candidate will have to learn a few additional skills, but they should be excited for the challenge. Many areas of the role can and should be outsourced, but overseeing that work is still necessary. With your application, please include a link tocontentyou havecreatedor contributed to (portfolio, social handles, YouTube/Vimeo, blog). **Position is in-person, non-remote.** Responsibilities • Post Instagram & Facebook. • Create and maintain a social media calendar that is at least two weeks out. • Assist department managers with promotions through mass email marketing, mailers, etc. • Work closely with all designers and managers to generate content. • Organize customer appreciation events or promotions on a quarterly basis. • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content • Perform site visits to pools to get social media content. This will involve taking photos and video of the pool and giving directives to company employees on what pools you think should be photographed. • Hone in brand aesthetic and image to ensure the content reflects our company's target audience. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing • Provide monthly metrics from the various platforms to upper management to display increases in engagement. Skills • Proficiency in content creation, including writing compelling copy and creating visually appealing graphics • Familiarity with web analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator or Canva • Basic Photography Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour Experience: • Facebook Advertising: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: • San Antonio, TX 78216 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • San Antonio, TX 78216: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
