Social Media & Content Coordinator Location: Las Vegas, NV (remote if outside of Las Vega or surrounding cities) Employment Type: Full-time FLSA Status- Exempt Department: Marketing Reports to: VP of Sales and Marketing The Role We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our team and help us tell Abby’s story in a bold, authentic, and engaging way. This role blends hands-on content creation with social media management. You’ll write posts, design visuals, shoot videos, and bring our team into the spotlight creating content that’s engaging, conversational, and connected to our campaigns. Think “behind-the scenes energy” meets “thought leadership” — especially on LinkedIn, where you’ll help us educate our audience, share insights on technology and AI, and spark meaningful conversations that highlight Abby as an innovative, people-first company. What You’ll Do • Create scroll-stopping content: posts, videos, graphics, and moreLead staff-driven video content (e.g., fun, conversational clips like “Do you think AI will replace you?”) • Manage our LinkedIn presence and drive engagement across other key platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit as needed)Write in our brand voice and reply to comments, messages, and mentions • Collaborate with marketing to align content with campaigns, launches, feature releases and company milestonesKeep an eye on content performance and share observations with the team about what’s resonating, with opportunities to grow into tracking key social metrics over time • Stay curious: bring fresh, creative ideas to keep Abby’s social presence fun and forward-thinkingContinuously improve content strategy through emerging tools and formats, such as AI-powered video editing, avatar creation, or automated repurposing tools.
