Position Overview:
Are you a creative social media professional who knows how to engage an audience and bring a brand to life online? The American Association of Motorcycle Injury Lawyers (Law Tigers) is seeking aSocial Media & Content Managerto lead and elevate our social media presence. This role is hands-on and dynamic—you’ll create and publish content, manage engagement, oversee influencer partnerships, and drive campaigns that resonate with the motorcycle community. You’ll also travel to events nationwide (up to 35%) to capture the action and represent Law Tigers in person. When not traveling, you’ll be collaborating with our team from the office to shape strategy and drive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and lead social media acrossFacebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter).
• Create, curate, and publish high-quality content that tells the story of Law Tigers and engages the motorcycle community.
• Manage posting schedules, community interaction, and audience growth.
• Build and maintain influencer relationships, managing contracts and deliverables to ensure success.
• Educate, coach and mentor field marketing managers on social media best practices and campaign execution.
• Monitor trends, conversations, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Ensure brand consistency and a cohesive voice across all social media channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing and brand goals.
• Oversee campaigns and projects, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Travel to motorcycle events to capture content, network, and represent the Law Tigers brand.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance to continually optimize results.
Who You Are:
• Active member of the motorcycle community who understands its culture and audience.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Skilled in building and managing influencer relationships.
• Strong communicator with excellent writing, visual, and verbal skills.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
• Creative and detail-oriented with a knack for storytelling.
• Knowledge of social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and basic design/video editing.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
