About the Role
We’re looking for aSocial & Content Marketing Specialistwho’s energized by all things content and social—and ready to own the day-to-day strategy and execution for a variety of client accounts.
You’ll plan and manage content calendars, write and schedule posts, track performance, and bring creative ideas to life. You’ll also support broader digital marketing efforts like blog writing, email campaigns, text campaigns, and SEO work. This is a full-time, client-facing role, and we’re looking for someone who’s organized, self-driven, and excited to contribute ideas that make a difference.
What You’ll Do
• Own and manage monthly content calendars across social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google My Business
• Write, edit, and publish content across social, blog, email, text, and landing pages—ensuring alignment with brand voice and goals
• Support broader digital campaigns by assisting with marketing plans, audience research, competitive analysis, and creative brainstorming
• Track performance and report on results using tools like Google Analytics, Meta, and LinkedIn—offering clear insights and recommendations
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and market research to inform content and SEO strategy
• Support website content and SEO efforts, including optimizing copy and publishing updates within CMS platforms
• Stay current on trends, tools, and best practices for both B2B and B2C content

Skills & Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation
• Strong writing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and brand alignment
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with marketing or content tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic HTML/CSS.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta/LinkedIn reporting tools, and basic SEO best practices
• Knowledge of HubSpot or marketing automation platforms is a bonus
• Experience using Asana or similar project management tools is a plus
