Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a passionate Marketing Associate to join our team and help us to recruit and onboard egg donors. You will play a vital role in our mission to connect prospective egg donors help infertile couples build families. The responsibilities will include creating donor advertisements to deploy across multiple platforms, social media, and more. Our ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, knowledgable about Women's Health, good on camera, and a sociable people person. Responsibilities: • Act as the face of our donor presence on social media. • Weekly, monthly, and quarterly content deliverables (video, websites, static graphics) for Egg Bank and associated Fertility Clinics. • Proactively follow-up and convert social media donor leads for handoff to our donor team. • Maintain websites and social presence for Egg Bank and associated Fertility Clinics. • Ensure that all egg donor records, and documentation are accurate and up to date in our Egg Donor Database. • Organize social media and meet-up events and other innovative ways to grow egg donor database. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree • 4+ years of experience in marketing in a related field. • 4+ years of social media mgmt & content creation. • Proficiency in Adobe CC • Proficiency with video editing software (FCPX and Premiere Pro preferred) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to commute within Southern CA. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. • Language: Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese speakers preferred but not required About Us: Asian Egg Bank is a leading provider of donor egg services to couples and individuals getting fertility treatment.
