Social Media Manager

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our marketing team, who will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance our brand's visibility, engagement, and conversion rates. This role will report to our VP of Global Marketing and will be pivotal in promoting our tech products and services to our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media marketing plans in alignment with overall marketing objectives.
• Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook) to grow our social media following, and drive brand awareness, and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media channels.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with social media and industry trends by monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Create and manage organic social advertising campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions.
• Provide regular reports and analysis of social media performance to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a tech company or similar industry.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics, and advertising platforms. Experience working in HubSpot is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• Ability to work independently to deliver results and collaborate effectively with the extended marketing team.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
• Results-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Experience working in the tech industry or with tech-related projects is a plus.
