Social Media Manager

Were looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Manager to join a leading real estate agency in Victoria specializing in residential and commercial sales rentals and property management. In this role you will establish and grow online presence from the ground up we're seeking for someone who is highly strategic has strong storytelling skills and a passion for real estate or lifestyle branding. Work Hours: 80 hours/month (with potential to transition to full-time); AU working hours Work Set-Up: Remote (PH-based); Independent Contractor Salary: $720-800 Key Responsibilities:

• Create and set up social media accounts across relevant platforms (e.g. Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok)

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand identity and business goals

• Plan create and schedule engaging content (graphics videos captions) to build brand awareness and audience engagement

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales property management marketing) to gather content and promote listings events and updates

• Monitor trends audience behavior and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant

• Respond to comments direct messages and community inquiries promptly and in a brand-aligned tone

• Track and report performance metrics (engagement reach growth) and optimize content accordingly

• Assist in running paid social media campaigns

Role Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing social media (real estate or lifestyle/brand marketing is a bonus)

• Good knowledge of social media platforms and content types (like Instagram Reels Stories LinkedIn posts)

• Strong skills in creating content and writing copy

• Familiar with tools such as Canva Meta Business Suite Later Hootsuite or similar

• Creative with attention to detail and good eye for visuals

• Able to work independently and take initiative to move projects forward

• Basic knowledge of Melbournes real estate market is a plus
