AtKris Chislett Design, we’re a fast-moving, results-first web and marketing agency based in Jacksonville, looking for aSocial Media Advertising Specialistwho understands that ROI beats vanity metrics.
Previous agency experience is a must, along with the ability to lead the department with a focus on scaling client volume and elevating overall quality of work.
This role is ideal for someone with a very strong command ofMeta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), but who’s also confident executing content acrossGoogle Business Profile and LinkedIn. You’ll be helping local and regional businesses grow through smart, full-funnel campaigns—with creative that actually converts.
This role also involves on-site client photography, so the ideal candidate should be confident behind the camera and comfortable capturing professional-quality images.
Please note: In-depth knowledge of Meta Business Suite and its full capabilities is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, launch, and optimize social campaigns—on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Business Profile and LinkedIn.
· Strong project management and communication skills – ability to manage timelines, creative requests, and client expectations
· Establishing retargeting ads, based on website visits
• Build campaigns with a clear funnel strategy, leveraging audience targeting, custom/lookalike audiences, retargeting, and conversion tracking
• Ability tomanage multiple client accountsand pivot across industries and messaging styles
• Monitor trends, respond to comments/messages, and manage engagement
• Write effective ad copy and pair it with creative that actually stops the scroll
• Collaborate with our in-house creative team to direct photo/video assets that align with campaign goals
• Track and report campaign performance, and adjust based on data—not guesswork
• On-site photography and videography, includingheadshots, client location shoots, andshort-form video content
• Perform light photo editing and basic video editing for ad-ready creative assets
You Should Have Experience With
• Meta Ads Manager + Meta Business Suite
• Tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion API setups
• Graphic Design and Canva
• Building ads that generate real leads (not just impressions)
• Photo and video shoots
• Content writing
• Video and photo editing
• Understanding brand voice/tone across multiple industries
Ideal Skills & Experience
• Familiarity withWordPress and Elementor– being able to make basic content edits to websites
• Videography (on-site shoots across a wide range of clients, from contractors to restaaurant)
• Strong understanding ofmarketing funnelsand customer journey mapping
• Experience creating and optimizinglanding pages for conversion(or coordinating with a web team to do so)
• Working knowledge ofCRM platformsor lead capture tools (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, or native form integrations)
This is aremote-first position, but youmust be based in Jacksonville, FLor surrounding areas, as occasional on-location content capture is required. We work fast, we’re growing quickly, and we reward talent that delivers.
