Scope of responsibilities


Social Media Management:

  • Implement and manage the company’s existing social media strategy across all platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Create, schedule, and publish platform-specific content (posts, graphics, videos, etc.) that aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and engage with followers to foster community growth and brand loyalty.
  • Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics to optimize future content.

Influencer & Partnership Program Management:

  • Manage the company’s influencer program, including outreach, relationship building, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate PR packages for influencers, media, and collaborators to ensure timely delivery and maximum exposure.
  • Develop and execute creative brand partnership campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Marketing Support:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Take ownership of the company newsletter, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular marketing performance reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Graphic Design & Creative Asset Production:

  • Design basic visual assets such as posters, in-store collateral, flyers, and digital graphics in line with brand aesthetics.
  • Assist in collaborations with the Company’s Graphic Designer.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Support other departments by creating marketing materials as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate marketing and creative meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups and task management.

General Marketing Administration:

  • Maintain organized documentation of marketing activities, assets, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate and oversee brand events and activations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative and effective marketing efforts.

Qualifications & skills we look for:
 

  • Previous experience in social media content creation and platform management is required to be considered for this position.
  • Experience with professional photography is not required but is preferable
  • Expert knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and design
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, is a plus.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and sustainability
  • Reliable form of transportation
  • Very strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

This is an in-house, full-time position located in East Point, but you will be required to work outside of that location. Please keep that in mind when applying.
