Social Media Manager (Portuguese Speaking)

We’re looking for a Portuguese speaking freelance content creator/producer based in Brazil who can film themselves bring a strong on-camera presence and create scroll-stopping engaging content. This person should have a proven track record of growing social accounts be deeply tuned into Gen Z internet culture and know how to create videos that rank resonate and build community.

Beyond content creation this freelancer should be comfortable managing and collaborating with other creators & medical spokespersons leading shoots and leveraging a network of editors videographers and collaborators to scale production when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Film edit and publish content (TikTok IG) that builds community drives engagement and growth

• Educational Storytelling: Transform complex health and wellness topics into engaging snackable content that’s easy to digest highly shareable and builds both awareness and trust.

• Community Management: Reply to comments engage in outbound commentary on relevant content

• Trend Spotting: Identify cultural moments early and transform them into brand-relevant impactful storytelling.

• Production Leadership: Manage small-scale shoots coordinate with other creators and oversee freelance editors/videographers to ensure high-quality delivery.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Flo’s in-house teams (London-based) to build a social calendar and align content with brand & product goals while keeping it social-first.

• Analytics & Iteration: Track performance metrics learn what works and optimize content accordingly.

Profile We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Portuguese Brazil based

• Proven track record of growing accounts and creating engaging viral content.

• Strong ability to self-film confident working solo reacting quickly to relevant trends without heavy production support.

• Culturally fluent in US Gen Z internet culture.

• Comfortable managing other creators and production workflows (briefing editors creators videographers running shoots) when needed.

• Has an established network of freelance editors videographers and creative collaborators.

• Experience in health & wellness content is a strong plus.

• Independent proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Contract Details

• Freelance part time 3 months required. Likely to be extended.

• Remote Brazil based

• Compensation based on experience and project scope.
