Social Video Editor

Minno is seeking a social programmer who will work to create engaging visual formats, stories and story telling vehicles made for social. The editor will help with curating content from multiple sources to post on our social accounts, specifically Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This person will be responsible for surfacing, curating, editing, packaging, and delivering video content for social media distribution. 

The editor will be focused on curating UGC that intersects our three areas of focus: faith, family, and media. While being split between compiling high performing internet content & editing original show content into usable sounds and video for our social team to repurpose. An ideal candidate would be described as someone that is a fast learner, understands the world of Reels/Tiktoks, works efficiently, has ideas and isn’t afraid to share them.

Responsibilities will include:

• Discover and curate social content that aligns with the Minno brand pillars and engages with the millennial and Gen Z audience.
• Compiling user generated content into specifically themed video compilations to be shared across Minno’s social media platforms. 
• Responsible for updating a list of ideas for video content that will make it to the brands social media page. 
• Clip and Edit footage from our platforms shows to repurpose for social media channels such as Youtube, Instagram, TikTok, etc. 
• Assists with LIVE interview production and post-production editing of footage. 
• Some sound engineer experience for exporting sounds and voiceover to be used in social media videos.
• Collaborate with other Brand Teammates to align on voice and ensure differentiation amongst concepts and storytelling.
