We are seeking a skilled software developer to join our IBM Software team. As part of our team you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software products working with a variety of technologies and programming languages.

As a key member of our dynamic team you will play a vital role in creation of exceptional software experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass the design and implementation of innovative features fine-tuning and sustaining existing code for optimal performance and guaranteeing top-notch quality through rigorous testing and debugging. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do and you’ll be working closely with fellow developers designers and product managers to ensure our software aligns seamlessly with user expectations.
- At least three years of proven commercial experience with backend Java development
- Good knowledge of Linux/UNIX inlcuding shell scripting
- Experience in Cloud native microservices and container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes OpenShift and Docker
- Experience in CI/CD technologies such as Jenkins Tekton SPS and working with version control systems like GitHub
- Good verbal and written English with strong collaboration analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Experience with cloud service providers like AWS or Azure
- Understanding of data transforamtion and data processing pipelines (ETL ELT EL)
- Understanding of secure software design and development principles
