Position Overview We are seeking a proficient Software Development Engineer who can design, build, and deploy reliable and secure software and web applications for the company that can be utilized by teams to streamline their process and create business impact. In this position, you will be responsible for building software using AI that can help to tackle complex business challenges and create value for the company. The role requires strong technical knowledge, experience working in similar field and/or industry, collaboration, communication skills, and curiosity to learn about latest developments. Key Responsibilities • Create an AI based solution with a user-friendly API that can enhance the searchability and findability of scientific datasets. • Develop end-to-end, robust data pipelines that seamlessly integrate data ingestion, pre-processing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment. • Implement scalable data warehousing system or structured database to handle large volume of ERP data. • Assist business team by providing technical expertise in database management systems in ERP Systems. • Design, implement, and maintain scalable websites integrated with marketplace and analytics for the company. • Generates and executes verification for each work product. • Generates and maintains software documentation required for the project. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology or a relevant scientific field or equivalent industry experience as Software engineer. • 2-5 years of professional experience in Python and open-source ML Libraries (Pytorch, Tensorflow, etc.) and different parts of tech stack. • 2-5 years of experience with cloud technologies and services (AWS/GCP/Oracle) • 2-5 years of experience building applications that use Artificial Intelligence (AI) models to deliver real business impact. • Knowledge of data governance, data security, data management, and compliance best practices. • Experience with data modelling, building data pipelines, working with open-proprietary LLMs (Gemini, OpenAI, Claude or other models), web-development, machine learning techniques and infrastructure. • Experience with code quality, continuous delivery, and automated testing. • Experience building scalable, user-friendly web-applications, and documentation. • Problem Solver, Self-Starter, Willingness to learn and try new things. • Ability to collaborate and communicate with cross functional teams.
