What You'll Get to Do:

CACI has an immediate opening for a Scrum Master / junior software development lead to manage a team of approximately 4 developers in our Microsoft Dynamics (D365) and SharePoint joint team. The candidate will manage the team's work in a formal Agile methodology and will work to ensure on-time completion of all tasks including a mix of new work and ongoing maintenance. This position is open to candidates with either a development background or a business analyst with a strong technical aptitude.

More About the Role:

• This position has responsibility for maintaining a system that contains or is directly exposed to ITAR/CUI. ITAR specifically limits access to U.S. persons.
• Work closely with the solution architect, customer stakeholders, and business analysts to understand the team's tasking and to manage sprints in the completion of requested work.
• Create project plans and schedules.
• Scrum Master/manager for a team of ~4 direct reports.
• Track the team's performance in completing tasks, and remove impediments as needed.
• Use Azure DevOps to track work items, manage code, and perform builds/releases.
• Assist in incident resolution and administration of systems.
• Depending on background, may participate in software development and/or helping to write or clarify requirements.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

• Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 5+years related work experience.
• Experience managing people or ready to take this next step.
• Ability to estimate work effort and provide input to project schedules.
• Software development background or strong technical aptitude.
• Experience in the Agile methodology.
• Experience writing SQL queries.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Prior experience with back-office systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365) and/or SharePoint.
• Experience as a Scrum Master or Scrum Master Certification.
