Job Summary:
· We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Architect to join our design team.
· The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the conceptualization, design, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring that all designs align with the client’s vision, budget, and sustainability standards.
· This individual will also work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop architectural designs from conceptual ideas through detailed construction documents.
· Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and requirements, translating these into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
· Prepare and present design proposals, including visual representations, sketches, and plans.
· Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and other professionals to ensure that designs are structurally sound and practical.
· Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory standards.
· Oversee the design process from start to finish, ensuring timelines, costs, and quality standards are met.
· Prepare and review architectural plans, specifications, and details, providing input during the construction phase.
· Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for projects.
· Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction is progressing as per design specifications.
· Keep abreast of industry trends, new materials, and techniques to apply the latest innovations to projects.
· Contribute to team meetings, providing insights and updates regarding project status and challenges.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
· 8+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
· Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
· In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
