Description

Captivation Software is looking for a senior level software engineer to assist with daily responsibilities on the program.

Requirements

Security Clearance:

• Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen

Minimum Qualifications:

• Twenty (20) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
• Four (4) years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written skills for presentation project deliverables and multi organizational communications
• Strong Java skills and experience required.
• High level of coding experience, Full Life Cycle, designing/architecture, maintaining, full team management, roadmap design, requirement evaluation, process improvements, and risk management.
• Solid understanding of Software Configuration Management (SCM, Agile methodologies, JIRA, GIT, Confluence and the Atlassian Tool Suite).
• Demonstrated work experience with Java and web technologies: LOMBOK, PicoCLI, Data Storage such as MySQL and Elastic search; Parsing / Data Grooming, Regular expressions and technologies for processing data formats such as XML, CSV, PDF, JSON or BSON.

Benefits

• Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience)
