What Youll Do

• Design build and maintain core backend systems and APIs for our debt management platform

• Work closely with product managers data engineers and compliance teams to deliver features that are performant secure and compliant

• Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks generate boilerplate code improve documentation and accelerate testing

• Develop and evolve data models in a document database environment (MongoDB)

• Contribute to our CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure ensuring reliable repeatable deployments

• Collaborate on system architecture and internal tooling to make the team more efficient

• Review and debug code with a focus on maintainability performance and security

How Youll Use AI

• Code generation: Use AI to bootstrap boilerplate services generate test cases and write utility functions faster

• Dev tooling: Streamline local setup deployments and environment config with AI-assisted scripting

• Debugging: Accelerate issue resolution by using AI to isolate problems or suggest fixes
