Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Java/J2EE Full Stack developer to join a global team building one of IBM’s leading Data security solutions (IBM Guardium Insights) and enhance it have the Ability to identify fundamental problems from real-world cloud use-cases and to design build and validate successful AI solutions.. In this role the candidate will develop microservices analytical modules define interfaces through REST or GraphQL database operations and Kubernetes operators. Web application development experience (prefer modern JavaScript frameworks such as React). Experience with relational databases; Software Design and Design Patterns Data Structures Algorithms.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years of IT experience.
• Proven programming experience e.g. Golang Python Java.
• Proven experience with at least one modern web application framework.
• Familiar with protocols such as GRPC.
• Experience with automated infrastructure configurations and orchestration e.g. Docker Kubernetes.
• Experience with message/queue systems e.g. Kafka Event Streams.
• Experience with design and optimization of traditional and modern data stores/services e.g. RDBMS NoSQL and Cloud Object Stores. Strong academic foundation in Computer Science or related fields: Data structures algorithms networking. Strong communication skills and able to convey ideas and opinions to others.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in enterprise-related development (multi-threading scalability performance). Experience with CI/CD tools e.g. Jenkins Travis. Experience building applications on cloud infrastructure e.g. private clouds public clouds. Experience with unit testing frameworks. Experience working in an agile team e.g. Kanban. Experience with databases like MongoDB and MySQL. Familiarity with continuous delivery and continuous integration.
• Capability to demonstrate and evaluate AI solutions via experimental methods particularly through hands-on creation of prototypes.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM) Langchain and HuggingFace Model.
