Key Responsibilities:
• Story refinement to design best possible solution considering business processes, technical viability, best practices and architectural standards.
• Highlight all risks and issues that affect the proposed solution.
• Develop robust and defensible code following high standards and in accordance with current framework.
• Provide constructive feedback and review code effectively.
• Use and maintain the specification documents.
• Further design and implement our automated test cases.
• Design and execute complex manual test cases.
• Analysis and resolution of production incidents and resulting problems or defects.
• Ensure production monitoring and automatic alerting.

Required experience
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Highly analytical mind-set and excellent problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated and passion for customer-oriented solutions.
• Can lead a team autonomously, remotely and independently.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to communicate with business Experts, IT Governance and other IT DevOps teams
• Passion for quick learning, experimenting and adapting in a fast-paced agile global environment
• Strong sense of product ownership and commitment
• Expert in agile/iterative software development methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience with Java and Spring frameworks
• Experience with JUnits, SQL, JPA, JMS API and Java Batch Processing
• Expertise on Cloud Environments an CICD process (Jenkins / GitHub)
• Expertise on JIRA and Confluence
• Database Expertise: Oracle 12c, JDBC, Cassandra, MS SQL, MySQL
•  Stream-processing Knowledge: Kafka, Azure Event Hub
• Can lead a team autonomously, remotely and independently.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• A minimum of 8+ years’ experience as a Java developer(Java/J2EE),Spring Boot , Microservices, Web services (SOAP/REST).
