The Software Engineer is responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining proprietary ASP.NET web applications, and supporting utility programs. This role works across the full technology stack to ensure efficient, secure, and scalable solutions. The developer will analyze user needs, create software solutions that optimize business performance, and collaborate with team members on application and database design. What are the Job Duties? • Support, maintain, and enhance existing web applications and back-end processes. • Develop new features and modules for proprietary applications. • Design, build, and test front-end components using modern frameworks • Implement and maintain secure back-end services, APIs, and integrations. • Analyze and design databases, ensuring data integrity and performance. • Perform thorough testing in development and QA environments. • Troubleshoot, isolate, and document software bugs and technical issues. • Write and maintain clear, well-documented code. • Collaborate with team members, and business stakeholders to meet requirements. Who Are You? • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). • You have a minimum of 5yrs of experience • You have strong experience with C# ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Webforms • You have experience developing/consuming RESTful APIs • You have experience working with frontend JavaScript frameworks (VueJs, React, Angular) • You are proficient in T-SQL and Microsoft Entity Framework • You have excellent written and verbal communication • You are familiar with Healthcare domain including HL7, Claims/Payments data models • You have the ability to write code that is technically sound, performant, scalable, and readable. • You have experience with Azure cloud services. • You have healthcare technology experience highly desirable.
