Software Engineer, Application and Tooling, AI/ML

Minimum qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. • 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree. • 1 year of experience with core GenAI concepts (LLM, Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models) and experience with text, image, video, or audio generation. • Experience with Generative AI Agent. • Experience with Automation and Test Infrastructure. Preferred qualifications: • Experience with AI/ML for improving productivity. • Experience with Data Analysis. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$202,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities • Design and build the next generation of our automated agentic testing framework by creating scalable, AI-enhanced solutions that support mobile application development across a wide range of devices. • Implement AI-powered pipelines to intelligently automate test coverage generation, identify potential bugs before they emerge, and deliver deep analysis into application performance to accelerate release cycles. • Serve as a key resource for engineering teams by providing tools and insights that ensure mobile applications deliver a seamless user experience. • Own critical infrastructure components by collaborating across teams to embed automated quality checks throughout the software development life-cycle.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
