Who we’re looking for

ZORA is looking for software engineers to work closely with the protocol team to index all necessary blockchain events to support product features.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available indexer solution
• Develop and maintain documentation for indexing service
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product priorities and implement indexing solutions with high standard quality.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to identify and resolve indexing related issues in a timely manner
• Monitor software performance and capacity, and implement proactive measures to ensure high availability
• Being on top of what’s going on with the web3 community

Skills we’re looking for

• Experience with Python, preferably Rust
• Being crypto native, hold solid understanding of blockchain knowledges, including RPC service, Geth, L2, smart wallet, embedded wallet, etc
• Good understanding of traditional backend tools such as Postgres, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Motivation to actively learn and explore new technologies
• Experience working in an Agile development environment

We’d love you to have

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale software product solutions
• Experience of building software product on top of an existing product
• Intrinsic motivation to take the ownership of the product you build
• Enjoy building software product and coding
