Software Engineer, Fullstack As a Software Engineer, you will help design and develop features on the core B2B product at IAS. You’ll join a small, focused team working collaboratively to ship high-impact features. This is a chance to grow technically while contributing to a product that drives the company’s highest revenue stream. What you’ll get to do: • Design and develop features for our core B2B product using Java (Spring Boot) and React • Collaborate with Product and Design to scope and refine features. • Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines. You should apply if you have most of this experience: • 2–3 years of experience working on production full-stack systems. • Strong backend experience in Java, especially using Spring Boot or related frameworks. • Solid understanding of data structures, multithreading, and backend performance tuning. • Hands-on experience with React.js, including state management, hooks, and modern JavaScript patterns. • Familiarity with CSS frameworks like Tailwind and responsive UI design principles. • Exposure to i18n and SPA routing best practices are a plus. • Experience working in Agile teams using Git, Jenkins, and tools like JIRA or Confluence. • A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and care for clean code and user experience. What puts you over the top: • Prior Ad-Tech experience • Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure services • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or container-based deployment. • Experience with MySQL or Databricks New York Applicants: The salary range for this position is $88,900 - $152,400. Actual pay may vary based on experience or geographic location.
