The Software Engineer supports business process through technology solutions. This role is responsible for working in partnership with Architects, DBA, and other members of Software Engineering teams for the maintenance, enhancement and creation of web applications. This role will have additional partnership with Clients and external partners in developing client deliverables.

What you'll do

• Design, develop and maintain custom applications responsible for the mission-critical operations of Quantum Health in a predominantly object-oriented, .NET development environment.
• Collaborate with the Data integrations team to understand client data in our system and how it would be used in creating the client deliverable through SSO and APIs.
• Collaborate with business teams to clarify requirements and business needs. Proactively updated stakeholders and maintain open and courteous communication.
• Collaborate with other developers and architects (when appropriate) to determine optimal solution architecture, efficiency, maintainability, and scalability.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, CIS or equivalent.
• 0-3 years .NET application development
• 0-3 years SQL Server or equivalent SQL development experience.
• Experience in design, development, delivery, and support of technology platforms based in the Microsoft technology stack, including Windows Server, IIS, .NET.
• Experience with Windows Service, AJAX, CSS, JavaScript, Web API, VueJS.
• Experience with Kafka is a PLUS.
• Experience with NoSQL/document databases as a PLUS
• Understanding of healthcare data and processes is a PLUS.
• Experience with Cloud computing concepts (Azure/AWS) is PLUS.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD is a PLUS.
• Good planning and organizational skills with critical attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work with team members and customers in a professional, friendly manner.
