Software QA Training Specialist

We are hiring a Software Quality Assurance Training Specialist responsible for designing and delivering impactful training programs for new joiners and existing members of our Delivery teams, including freelancers. The key focus is equipping our software testing management roles and freelance testers with the needed knowledge and skills to succeed in providing exceptional testing services to our clients.  Furthermore, the Delivery Training Specialist also contributes to a wider set of core delivery skills learning and training opportunities delivery to other stakeholders in the company.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a proven track record of being structured and delivering exceptional outcomes. • Design, develop and deliver core delivery skills training and learning programs, with coordinator roles being the primary audience
• Facilitate live training sessions as part of new-joiner onboarding and also for continuous knowledge and skills improvement in the existing team
• Support the adoption of new Platform features and Delivery process improvements through ongoing training
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to identify function and role-based training and learning needs and opportunities
• Assess and analyze Delivery training and learning needs to improve individual performance and ensure organizational productivity
• Effectively communicate with team members and all stakeholders to ensure training and learning objectives, timelines, and goals are being met
• Track training progress and support successful completion
• Design and apply evaluation tools to measure learning effectiveness
• Promote continuous learning and improvement

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience in software testing design, management, and execution
• Understanding of adult learning principles and curriculum design
• Experience in training design, implementation and delivery, and mentoring
• Curiosity and willingness to expand one’s technical acumen to deliver training across the whole Testlio solution offering
• Passionate about high-quality standardized approaches and continuous improvement

Human Skills

• Proactive self-starter with the ability to solve problems and execute independently
• Excellent English written and verbal skills, including confidence in public speaking, live facilitation and presentation
• Fluency in cross-team collaboration and relationship building
