Software Testing Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• 创建测试方案和策略，改进测试流程，明确需求，提供测试评估和技术解决方案
• 设计、审核和执行测试案例，实施缺陷管理，并执行本质原因分析
• 分析测试结果并制作测试报告，通过使用测试标准来检测和产品质量，通过遵循卓越交付实践来确保产品质量和测试可交付成果
• 与项目经理、开发主管和业务分析师紧密合作，协调和执行与客户或业务用户相关的UAT

• 计算机科学，或软件工程及相关专业的本科及以上学历
• 拥有1年以上软件测试或测试自动化相关经验
• 精通测试方案和策略制定，熟知市场测试自动化原理和框架的理论知识，在测试案例设计、缺陷查找和项目质量分析方面具有高级水平的技能
• 开发、设计和实现测试需求，包括但不限于移动应用程序和web服务上的功能、回归、安全性和性能
• 有移动端测试经验（Android/IOS）
• 使用web协议工具排除缺陷，找出根本原因，验证产品代码发布。
• 拥有丰富的在不同级别和类型的测试经验，包括功能测试，集成测试，综合测试，SIT, UAT,需求澄清,可追溯性及非功能测试等。
• 扎实的RESTful API知识, 可运用Fiddler, BurpSuite等工具来评估及判断缺陷属于前段还是后端 具有Postman或其他自动化框架自动化经验的候选人优先
• 精通软件技术控制流程和SDLC，能够遵循并优化加强已定义的软件质量控制过程。
• 具备如XML, SQL, Linux, web服务，移动测试，自动化测试，非功能测试等领域经验
