Job Description: As a Solar Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls. Your role involves educating customers about solar energy solutions, answering questions, and scheduling consultations with our sales team. Key Responsibilities: • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries about solar energy. • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule consultations. • Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and answer any questions they may have. • Enter and update customer information in the CRM system. • Follow up with leads to nurture them through the sales process. • Meet or exceed call quotas and sales goals. Qualifications: • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the solar industry. • Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls simultaneously. • Basic knowledge of solar energy systems is a plus. • Proficiency in CRM software and data entry. What We Offer: • Base salary + uncapped commission.
