Sumary As an Owner Operator Driver at Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., you will play a vital role in our transportation operations. Based in the United States, you will be responsible for delivering goods safely and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service. Responsibilities • Operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across designated routes. • Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently, ensuring proper handling of materials. • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road. • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage and fuel usage. • Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure they are in good working condition. • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules. Requirements: • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. • Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role. • Strong knowledge of route planning and navigation techniques. • Ability to operate various types of trucks including tractor-trailers and flatbeds. • Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines.
