Solution Architect

? At least 20+ years exp, of which at least 2+ years in mainframe modernization and solution experience
? Must have hands on exp in Cobol/CICS/DB2/JCL/VSAM/Assembler (Good to have PL/1, Natural/Adabas, IMS DB/DC modernization) + various IBM mainframe utilities (SORT etc) + reporting languages (Easytreive, SAS, Focus etc)
? Must have experience in legacy/mainframe data migration to distributed/cloud platforms
? Must have solution or hands on experience on at least one of the rehosting platforms (Micro Focus, Raincode, Heirloom, etc)
? Must have solution or hands on experience of different types of tools (G4, Blu Age, Astadia, Natsoft, Cloudframe, etc) and different dispositions (rearchitect, re-engineering, rewrite, rehosting, automated migration, replace, etc) in mainframe modernization

? Excellent presentation skills including presales PPT/Wordoc creation for proposals and ability to present to senior customer leaders including CXO's independently
? Must be able to work with global teams to shape up solutions, estimates, proposals
? Must have participated/driven 1-2 consulting assessments for mainframe modernization, mainframe to cloud
? Must be able to create business case for large mainframe modernization
? Must have interfaced with hyperscalers/CSP's and other 3rd party tool vendors
? Should have good domain understanding in anyone of the following BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare and ENU
? Prefer to have experience on Java and/or .Net technologies
? Prefer to have done mainframe to cloud projects
? Must have no travel constrains for domestic (within India) and any global travel needed for customer presentations/assessments/workshops.
